Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 23, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Yetty ("Service," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Yetty. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
2. Description of Service
Yetty is a managed website platform that takes a site you already built (often with an AI assistant) and makes it a real, hosted website. The Service allows users to:
- Publish an uploaded static site, served byte-for-byte as designed, with hosting and SSL
- Edit content through a CMS without changing the underlying design
- Capture form leads, manage SEO and analytics, and use versioned publishing with rollback
- Use your custom domain, and manage the site in plain language over the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Optionally export their site and content at any time
We provide the Service "as is" and make no guarantees about availability, performance, or suitability for your specific needs.
3. Eligibility
To use Yetty, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

5.5 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, GST). We may collect taxes as required by law.
6. Ownership & Intellectual Property
6.1 Your Site & Content
You own your site and content. You bring the files you already built; we host and serve them. You keep full ownership, and you can export your site and content at any time - nothing is locked in.
Your content is your responsibility. By uploading or publishing anything through the Service you promise (warrant) that you own it or hold the rights and licenses to use it - text, images, fonts, code, audio, video, all of it. If something you publish infringes someone's copyright, trademark, or other rights, that is your responsibility, not ours: you alone are liable for it, and you agree to cover us for any resulting claims (see Section 11). If you are not sure you have the rights to something, do not publish it.
- You retain full ownership of your uploaded site and any content you create in the CMS
- You may host your site elsewhere and use it on unlimited websites
